Joaneane A. Smith brings more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise information systems, and federal contracting. She has led technology implementation and business transformation initiatives for organizations including the U.S. Department of the Navy, the U.S. Department of the Army, Smurfit-Stone Container, and the University of Rochester.

Under her leadership, GCS has grown into a trusted provider of IT and professional services. She remains personally committed to quality, customer success, small-business advancement, and long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value.
