Lisa joined Global Commerce and Services in 2013 as the Operations Manager. She has 10+ years of management and recruiting experience from an Information Technology Firm and Educational Institution. She has developed experience in HR initiatives including policy development, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. Because of Lisa's successful career as a top achiever within GCS, she has been promoted several times as she takes on new opportunities while achieving her career aspirations.

Joaneane A. Smith
President and CEO
Joaneane is the President and CEO of Global Commerce and Services, LLC (GCS). She has more than 25 years experience in management consulting and information systems. Ms. Smith has traveled across the country implementing PeopleSoft for some of the country’s largest corporations and government agencies, including Department of Navy, Department of Army, Smurfit-Stone Container, and University of Rochester to integrate technology solutions and services. She was awarded Top Achiever for Outstanding Performance and Achievements and also received the Star Performer Award. At the same time, she has completed successful IT engagements for small, medium, and large-sized businesses throughout the country. Ms. Smith is motivated, persistent and passionate as a small business owner.

David Harmon
Sr. Program Manager
David joined GCS in 2017 as a Project Manager supporting NASA programs. He is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in program, project and contract transition management. He has demonstrated excellence in operations management, financial and human resources management. David has managed service delivery for a wide variety of Federal, State and Local government organizations. He combines the management and technical aptitude with proven customer relationship management skills to manage GCS programs and projects. David is a trained PMP professional and is ITIL and Cloud certified. He was recognized in 2016 by the NASA AMES Contracting Council for Outstanding Subcontractor and Service Excellence.
